Patient Data Acquisition, Management & Reporting

  • Assumed internal ownership of Phase Forward Central Coding for InForm as part of the enterprise adoption of clinical electronic data capture.

  • Led the requirements gathering and design sessions for an integration of IVRS and Phase Forward InForm using TIBCO to optimize the clinical drug supply management process.

Clinical Endpoint Adjudication

  • Assumed ownership of the Clinical Data Adjudication System and led a three person team supporting a data migration effort to achieve cycle-time reduction and to provide improved analytic capability.
  • Managed the outsourced development of 40+ Cognos reports.
